Strong Salesforce OOTB configuration knowledge, including Flows, Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Triggers, LWC, and SOQL.
- Basic knowledge of Visualforce pages.
- Strong integration knowledge using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Named Credentials, and external systems.
- Ability to work independently with external system teams for integration design and documentation.
- Positive understanding of data migration process and tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL tools.
- Experience with Git, Copado, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Strong communication, client-facing, and technical documentation skills.
