Key Responsibilities
- Generate current leads and acquire customers through calls, references, digital channels and other sources.
- Promote and sell financial products/services to prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain regular interaction with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of leads, conversions and followups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends,
financial products and competitor activities.
Required Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-4 years of relevant sales/marketing experience.
- Candidates with experience in Share Broking, Stock Market, Equity Trading, Insurance Sales or other Financial Products will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Basic understanding of shares, stock market, trading, broking or insurance products will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a proven track record in B2C sales / direct sales / financial product sales are preferred.
