Penetron Area Sales Manager West Region (RMC Division)
Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Should have overall knowledge about Construction Chemicals Industry.
- Should possess technical know-how of the Concrete and Construction Chemical Industry.
- Coordinate with Team and guide them to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in RMC Division.
- Identify recent RMC Plants and Units and give Product presentation to Unit Heads and RMC Plant Heads.
- Increase product penetration in existing RMC Units and co-ordinate efforts between RMC Plants’ Site heads, Applicators, distributors and Dealers.
- Communicate effectively with Senior Management on the status of Priority accounts and Ongoing projects.
- Should understand Company’s Technical Reports and have overall knowledge about the Company’s Products and the markets to which the Company caters to.
- Finalise Credit Terms with Applicators and Distributors and set Credit Limits as per Company Policy.
- Should take up Training initiatives and Learning & Development Exercise for the Team on a timely basis.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Products and Services, Handle RMC Project-Sales and conduct collections follow-ups with the Regional Team.
- Liaison with the Team in getting products specified (RMC Division) and coordinating with Architects, Designers and Specifiers to get product specified/approved for various ongoing projects in that region.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Co-ordinate efforts in building a team and being part of the Penetron Growth Story.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Good Learner
- Proven experience as a sales Manager or relevant role in building material or construction industry
