Job Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and job descriptions shared by the company.
- Source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on their skills, experience, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
- Share suitable profiles with the team or clients.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and the internal team.
- Follow up with candidates until the joining process is completed.
- Coordinate with companies regarding candidate status and hiring updates.
- Work towards closing assigned vacancies within the given timeline.

Payment Structure

- This is a freelance, performance-based opportunity.

- Payout: 2,000–8,000 per successful joining, depending on the position and requirement.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Positive communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
