Job Summary

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and milestones in alignment with ISIEINDIA s EV roadmap.

Responsibilities

- Prepare schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate design, manufacturing, reverse engineering, and testing of EV workbenches and subsystems.
- Lead design, development, reverse engineering, and validation of battery packs, BMS, motors, controllers, chargers, and other EV components.
- Drive embedded systems and VCU software integration for product readiness.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for test failures and implement corrective/preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation (production reports, design approvals, dispatch records).
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, labor compliance, and industry standards.
- Track performance metrics and prepare outcome-based monthly reports.
- Oversee waste management and resource optimization, ensuring quarterly scrap disposal cycles.




- Represent ISIEINDIA in industry networking events and support technical skill upgradation initiatives.

Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, EV RD, manufacturing, or reverse engineering.
- Robust in Electrical systems, Embedded Electronics, and Networking.
- Experience with VCU software integration and data analysis.
- Knowledge of powertrain design, testing, and reverse engineering methods.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and cross-functional leadership.
- Ability to work under deadlines and deliver results.
