Salary: Up to 40,000 CTC per month (depending on experience and interview performance)
Shift: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM (US Night Shift)
Key Requirements:
- Experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of US healthcare hiring processes.
