- Own sales targets for events and sponsorships within the assigned market.
- Identify, prospect and acquire current brands and clients.
- Sell sponsorship opportunities across live music, concerts, artist tours, festivals, club events and IPs.
- Develop customised sponsorship and brand integration solutions based on client objectives.
- Build strong relationships with Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, CMOs, Media Agencies and Experiential Agencies.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting pitching negotiation closure collections.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop opportunities for multi-event and annual brand partnerships.
- Work closely with Programming, Marketing, Creative, Ticketing and Operations teams to develop compelling client solutions.
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships and drive repeat business.
