About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, articulate B2B sales professional to own the full sales cycle for SME and enterprise accounts. You will sell Zapim's omnichannel messaging and AI communication solutions, from prospecting and demos to commercial closure and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads, prospect and qualify enterprise and SME accounts
- Run discovery calls, product demos and solution presentations for decision-makers
- Position WhatsApp Business API, SMS, RCS, Voice/IVR, chatbot and AI Voice Agent solutions around the client's use case
- Negotiate commercials, close deals and onboard new accounts
- Manage the pipeline, follow-ups and sales forecasting in CRM
- Work with pre-sales, tech and operations teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution
- Grow existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell and retention
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets

Requirements

- 4-8 years of B2B sales experience in CPaaS, telecom, SaaS or software




- Hands-on experience selling messaging or communication products (WhatsApp Business API, Bulk SMS, RCS, IVR/voice, chatbots)
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and onboarding new accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Sharp, quick learner who can explain APIs and technical products in simple terms
- Experience across the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closure
- Working knowledge of CRM and sales reporting
- Graduate in any stream; MBA preferred

Good to Have

- Background in a telecom operator or telecom services company
- Understanding of DLT/TRAI and Meta/WhatsApp template compliance
- Exposure to AI bots, agentic AI or voice AI products
- Existing relationships with BFSI, e-commerce, travel or healthcare clients
