- Overall control over Receiving, Quality Checks, Recording, Issuing of inventory;
- Safeguard of entire warehouse and in particular the companys assets/ inventory
- Physical inventory and the inventory as per books are tallied on a regular/periodic basis
- Warehouse upkeep to prevent pilferage, damages
- Logistics management (inward and outward)
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory records to be reconciled and kept in order
- Ensure timely recording of inventory movements
- Inventory reports with analysis of slow moving, non-moving, damaged stocks
- Timely return of rejected materials to vendors
- Timely recording to Customer returns (RTV and RTO)
- Tracking inventory for EOQ, ROL, Min and Max level of inventory
- Warehouse management safety and upkeep of inventory
- Perpetual and annual inventory counts with least variance
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors Degree (A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering Degree is highly preferred) with 8-10 years experience in E commerce/ Quick Commerce Warehouse Management
Age: 32-37 Yrs
