Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the HoReCa segment.
- Build and strengthen business relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafs, caterers, institutional clients and food service distributors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic key accounts.
- Drive sales of premium food products and expand market penetration.
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement channel-specific sales plans, pricing strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Manage key customer relationships, negotiations and commercial agreements.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, business plans and periodic MIS reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain and operations teams to ensure effective execution and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA in Sales,



Marketing or Business Management from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 10 years of overall sales experience.
- Mandatory: Strong and demonstrable experience in HoReCa sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and leading sales teams.
- Prior experience handling premium products is essential, preferably premium food products.
- Established relationships and market understanding across hotels, restaurants, cafs, caterers and institutional accounts.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing key accounts and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, channel development, distribution and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business setting.
