Experience: 3–8 Years in Real Estate Sales
Salary: 25,000–40,000 + Attractive Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days (Wednesday Off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
1. Source and develop new property inventory directly from builders and developers.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, channel partners, brokers and property dealers.
3. Generate new business opportunities through builder connections and CP networks.
4. Drive personal sales along with managing and generating sales through the team.
5. Lead, guide and motivate Sales Executives to achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.
6. Coordinate with builders regarding project details, pricing, availability, offers and inventory updates.
7. Handle client meetings, property presentations, site visits, negotiations and deal closures.
8. Expand the company's Channel Partner network to increase business opportunities.
9. Monitor team performance,
lead follow-ups, site visits and sales conversions.
10. Ensure individual and team revenue targets are achieved.
11. Maintain proper CRM updates and daily sales reporting.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong experience working with builders and Channel Partner (CP) networks.
- Good knowledge of property inventory sourcing and builder projects.
- Proven ability to generate personal sales and drive team sales.
- Strong connections with builders, brokers and property dealers.
- Excellent team management, negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-oriented with a robust business development mindset.
