- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned area.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share, improve customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular site visits to identify new business opportunities, resolve issues, and provide product solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in the building material industry.
- Robust understanding of unplasticized PVC pipes (UPVC) products and their applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
