Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle membership enquiries and prospective client interactions, ensuring a premium and personalized sales experience.
- Understand client requirements, fitness goals, and lifestyle preferences to recommend suitable membership options.
- Conduct personalized club presentations and facility tours, highlighting premium equipment, wellness facilities, and exclusive membership benefits.
- Manage qualified leads, membership applications, follow-ups, consultations, and conversion pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate professionals, and premium clientele.




- Drive membership acquisition, renewals, upgrades, and referral-based business development.
- Maintain accurate client records, lead status, and sales activities through CRM software.
- Coordinate with the fitness and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and uphold the club's premium service standards.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining professional communication, relationship management, and brand positioning.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury hospitality, premium retail, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with strong client relationship management abilities.
- Professional presentation, customer-centric approach, and target-oriented mindset.
- Experience handling premium clientele or high-value sales will be an added advantage.
