We're looking for a YouTube Strategy Lead to drive content growth for Arviend Sud, a leading personal brand in the Numerology & Vastu space, with 1.6M+ YouTube subscribers and 200K+ Instagram followers.

We want someone who lives and breathes YouTube — someone who constantly studies trends, understands why videos go viral, knows what makes people click and watch, and can turn content into a strong source of organic leads and revenue.

This is a hands-on role combining content strategy, ideation, copywriting, analytics, and growth.

Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi (Work from Office)

What You'll Be Doing

- YouTube Growth Strategy: Own the growth of our YouTube channel, including long-form videos and Shorts. Develop strategies to increase views, subscribers, watch time, engagement, and organic leads.
- Content Ideation & Trends: Continuously research YouTube trends, competitor channels, audience interests, and emerging formats to develop fresh, high-potential video ideas.
- Copywriting & Content Packaging: Take complete ownership of YouTube titles, thumbnail copy, video hooks, descriptions, captions, and CTAs. Develop compelling copy that drives clicks, engagement, and conversions.
- Content Structuring: Work closely with Arviend Sud to understand the subject matter and structure videos for maximum retention, including hooks, storytelling, content flow, and key engagement moments.
- Organic Lead Generation: Build content-led strategies to generate qualified leads for our webinars, courses, consultations, and reports. Develop effective CTAs and conversion-focused content without compromising organic reach.
- Instagram Growth: Drive content ideation, copywriting, and growth strategies for Instagram, including Reels and other formats.




- Content Execution: Own the content pipeline from ideation to publishing. Work closely with video editors to ensure quality, consistency, and timely execution.
- Analytics & Optimisation: Deeply analyse YouTube Studio and Instagram Insights, including CTR, retention, watch time, traffic sources, audience growth, and lead conversions. Use data to continuously improve performance.

What We're Looking For

- YouTube Expert: Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithm, trends, audience behaviour, content formats, and growth strategies.
- Robust Ideation Skills: Ability to consistently generate original, engaging, and high-potential content ideas backed by research and data.
- Excellent Copywriting Skills: Proven ability to write compelling titles, hooks, thumbnail text, captions, descriptions, and conversion-focused CTAs.
- Analytics-Driven: Strong command of YouTube Studio, retention analysis, CTR optimisation, and performance-based content decisions.
- Growth & Conversion Mindset: Understanding of how to convert organic content into qualified leads and business revenue.
- Instagram Understanding: Knowledge of Instagram trends, Reels, audience engagement, and organic growth strategies.
- Hands-On Ownership: Someone who can independently ideate, strategise, write, analyse, and drive execution rather than just delegate work.
- AI Proficiency: Comfortable using AI tools for research, ideation, copywriting, and workflow optimisation while bringing original thinking to the work.
