Principle Pride Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced C2H IT Recruiter with a strong background in IT recruitment consultancy and hands-on experience handling Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements for enterprise clients .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end C2H IT recruitment across various technical skill sets.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage offers, documentation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to achieve TAT and closure targets.
- Handle multiple requirements and ensure timely candidate submissions and closures.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and provide regular recruitment updates and MIS reports.
- Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.




- Must have worked with an IT recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.
- Strong hands-on experience in C2H / Contract-to-Hire IT recruitment.

Mandatory: Experience handling enterprise client requirements for companies such as Infosys, HCLTech, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, or similar IT services organizations. Valuable understanding of IT skills, technologies, and current hiring trends.

Experience managing multiple enterprise hiring requirements and meeting strict TATs.

Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Target-oriented, proactive, and focused on candidate submissions and successful closures.
