Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Wellness Advisor who can engage with individuals seeking mental wellness support, understand their concerns, and guide them toward the most suitable assessments or therapy sessions offered by the Client.
This role blends client advisory, relationship building, and responsible sales, requiring robust communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust with clients who may be navigating sensitive personal challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Speak with potential clients through calls or messages.
- Understand their concerns and provide guidance on available wellness services.
Consultative Guidance
- Recommend suitable assessments, therapy sessions, or programs based on client needs.
- Help clients understand how the services can support their personal well-being.
Lead Conversion
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects.
Lead Management
- Handle approximately 40–50 leads per day.
- Maintain records of client conversations and follow-up actions.
Client Experience
- Ensure conversations are handled with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Create a comfortable and trustworthy environment for individuals seeking support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 0–3 years’ experience in client advisory, inside sales, counselling services, or service sales
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to listen actively and understand client concerns
- Comfortable speaking with individuals about personal or emotional challenges
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
