- Manage complete warehouse operations and manpower.
- Ensure smooth inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity.
- Handle client coordination and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure proper documentation, MIS and system/ERP updates.
- Monitor safety, 5S and compliance standards.
- Manage team performance, attendance and shift planning.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost control.
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred.
- Robust knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Experience with SAP/WMS/ERP.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage large teams and client operations.
