Project Planning & Execution

- Plan, manage, and monitor day-to-day construction activities across project sites.
- Ensure execution of construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Develop project execution plans and monitor progress against defined timelines.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective measures.
- Oversee multiple project sites and ensure smooth execution.

B. Site Management & Supervision
- Supervise Site Heads, Project Managers, Site Engineers, and contractors.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure effective manpower utilization.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, structural, MEP, finishing, and other departments.
- Resolve technical and operational issues arising at construction sites.
- Ensure proper deployment of machinery, equipment, and materials.

C. Quality Control & Assurance
- Ensure construction work meets company quality standards and approved specifications.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with quality control teams for regular inspections.
- Ensure compliance with approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.

D. Cost & Budget Management
- Monitor project budgets and control construction costs.
- Ensure optimum utilization of materials, manpower, and resources.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Accounts departments for procurement and payments.




- Monitor contractor bills, work orders, and material consumption.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Track project expenditure against approved budgets.

E. Contractor & Vendor Management
- Appoint and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor contractor performance and work quality.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Negotiate and coordinate for construction-related requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of contractor agreements and work orders.
- Resolve contractor-related issues to avoid project delays.

F. Safety & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure strict implementation of construction site safety procedures.
- Monitor compliance with applicable labour laws and construction safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox meetings.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and consultants for statutory approvals and compliance.
- Maintain proper site safety records.

G. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and guide Project Managers, Site Heads, Engineers, and other project staff.
- Conduct regular project review meetings.
- Set responsibilities and performance targets for site teams.
- Coordinate with Design, Architecture, Liaison, Procurement, Sales, and CRM departments.
- Develop a performance-driven and accountable project team.

H. Management Reporting
- Submit regular project progress reports to senior management.
- Prepare and review project schedules, cost reports, and construction MIS.
- Highlight project risks, delays, and resource requirements.
- Provide updates on project completion status and critical milestones.
- Ensure transparency and accountability in project execution.
