Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Handle client coordination, interview scheduling, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.

Required Skills:

- 2 to 7 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.




- Strong end-to-end client handling and recruitment experience.
- Recruitment consultancy experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
- Team-handling experience is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
