Enrollment Services

- Update the enrollment system with provider information, preparing and submitting enrollment applications, rosters, and/or notification letters to government and commercial payers.

- Contact payors by phone/email and review payor directories for follow-up on enrollment applications until approvals are received.

- Credentialing Services:

- The process of updating the details of medical practitioner in the credentialing system such as medical license, malpractice insurance, education, experience, academic certifications, and other qualifications of the medical practitioner from the provider credentialing packet and CAQH.

- Perform quality audit for self/peers based on the quality checklist.

Experienced up to 1.5 years

JOB COMPETENCIES

- Attention to detail, Communication, Adaptability and Flexibility.

- Knowledge in Credentialing and Provider Enrollment

- Should be able to work in night shift (05:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) based on project needs.
