Shift Timing: Should be comfortable with night (US) & Rotational Shifts

- Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.
- Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Mandatory Documents to carry:
- Candidates must have a registered EP ID
- TCS Online Application Form
- Hard Copy of Resume
- 2 Copy Recent Passport Size Photographs
- Original and 2 photocopy of Govt. ID proof (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card)

Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Should be adaptable with night shifts & rotation shifts

Job Summary The US Payroll SME provides deep functional expertise in payroll operations, ensuring compliance, governance, and resolution of complex payroll scenarios. The role plays a critical part in driving process standardization and supporting audits and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as SME for payroll processes and escalations
- Ensure compliance with tax and statutory regulations




- Handle complex payroll scenarios and issue resolution
- Drive payroll audits, approvals, and governance
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Should have worked on Oracle and should have knowledge about the payroll processing on Oracle
- Should have knowledge of ticketing tools such SNOW

Required Qualifications B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/HR); Payroll certifications (CPP, FPC preferred)

6-10 years of payroll experience

- Comfortable working in a voice + non-voice support model (calls, emails, case management systems)
- Experience handling high-volume employee queries over calls
- Willingness to work in US shifts / night shifts to support client time zones
- Prior exposure to HRO, BPO, or shared services environment preferred
