Mahindra Finance is hiring Business Executives (On Roll) for its Retail Finance business. The role involves dealer relationship management, business sourcing, customer servicing, documentation, collections, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle retail finance proposals sourced through dealers.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with dealers and channel partners.

- Attend customer queries and resolve grievances promptly.

- Ensure complete loan documentation and compliance before and after disbursement.

- Monitor collections, overdue accounts, and NPA control.

- Achieve collection targets and maintain portfolio quality.

- Participate in sales promotion and business development activities.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Auto Finance, Retail Finance, Sales, Collections, or Dealer Management preferred.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
