We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Finance team as Accounts Payable Executives. The candidate will assist with vendor payments, invoice verification, payment records, and vendor coordination while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing vendor payments and ensuring timely settlements.
- Verify vendor invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Maintain vendor accounts and payment records.
- Prepare payment schedules and track outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding payment status and discrepancies.
- Assist in vendor ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation and payment approvals.
- Support NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and other payment transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoice approvals.
- Assist in preparing monthly finance reports and GST/TDS-related documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Candidates residing in or around Chetpet are preferred due to the late shift timing.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
- Male candidates preferred.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers with a robust interest in accounting and finance are welcome.
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
- Understanding of GST and TDS is an added advantage.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to coordinate confidently with vendors and internal teams.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
