About the Role:
We are looking for a Compliance Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to handle legal, regulatory and corporate compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle IEPF and share recovery cases.
- Verify and organize client documents and KYC records.
- Assist with MCA/ROC-related compliance work.
- Coordinate with companies, RTAs and clients for pending documents and case updates.
- Maintain case records, Excel sheets and status trackers.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely processing of documentation.
Requirements:
• Graduate
• 3to5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of SEBI/RBI guidelines & IEPF compliance
• Legal drafting and MS Word skills
• Knowledge of securities, share transfer & investment processes
• Positive communication and decision-making skills
