Process: International Voice / Customer Service

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week-offs

Work Location: As per business requirement

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve banking-related queries efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a personalized approach.
- Assist customers with banking services, transactions and account-related requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Follow banking regulations, compliance, risk management and data privacy guidelines.
- Manage multiple applications while handling customer interactions.

Desired Skills:





- Minimum 2 years of experience in International Voice Process / Customer Service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer handling, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of banking operations is an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Willing to work from office 5 days a week during the training period.
