We are looking for dynamic and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialists to support Google Ads advertisers through Phone, Email, and Chat channels. Candidates should be capable of troubleshooting advertiser issues, providing customer-centric solutions, and working in a fast-paced digital marketing setting.
Mandatory Eligibility
-12+ months of experience in Digital Marketing. Experience in voice/chat queues is an added advantage
Common Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Work from Office (Gurgaon/Hyderabad).
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
- Customer Service / BPO experience (added advantage)
- Understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Merchant Center.
- Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work across Phone, Chat, and Email support channels.
- Comfortable using AI-enabled tools and multiple systems simultaneously.
