- Graduate (non-B.Tech preferred), freshers or 6+ months experience, good Hindi and English communication, basic computer knowledge

- Handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve queries, upsell products, maintain records, meet KPIs and quality standards

Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

- Promote and upsell products/services based on customer requirements.

- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Meet process KPIs and upselling targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduation Mandatory

- Non-B.Tech graduates preferred





- Freshers can apply

- Candidates with 6 months or more of experience can also apply

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English
