: In-House Content Creator

Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 per month

1. Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive In-House Content Creator who can shoot engaging video content, edit videos whenever required, and create static creatives using Canva and AI tools. The candidate will also be required to travel across branches and accompany the team for corporate events, workshops, and other company events.

2. Key Responsibilities

1. Shoot high-quality video content across all five branches: Anna Nagar, Mogappair, T. Nagar, Vepery, and Adyar.
2. Edit videos, including reels and other short-form content, whenever required.
3. Create static creatives using Canva and AI-powered design tools.
4. Coordinate with the marketing team on content requirements and execute shoots accordingly.
5. Accompany the team for corporate events, workshops, and other company events to capture photographs and videos.
6. Travel between branches for shoots and work from the Anna Nagar back-end office when shoots are not scheduled.

3. Skills and Equipment Required

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation and video shooting.
2. Knowledge of video editing, Canva, and AI tools for creating static creatives.
3. Must have an iPhone 16 or above,



or suitable camera equipment, for shooting content.
4. Must carry their own lighting equipment and microphone for shoots.
5. Must be proficient in Google Sheets and capable of preparing basic reports and maintaining records.
6. Creativity, a good visual sense, and the ability to work independently.

4. Working Hours Working hours will be flexible depending on shoot schedules and business requirements. The usual working window will be around 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM / 7:30 PM. The candidate must be adaptable to start earlier or finish later when required, including for corporate events and workshops.

5. Travel and Reimbursement

1. The candidate must have their own vehicle for travelling between branches and attending shoots and company events.
2. No travel reimbursement will be provided for distances up to 5 km.
3. For travel beyond 5 km, reimbursement will be provided at 6 per kilometre.
4. If the candidate travels directly home from a shoot or event instead of returning to the office, no travel reimbursement will be provided for that journey.
