Role & responsibilities

- Expand powder coating and surface finishing business , Identify new business opportunities and improve profitability.
- Approve quotations, pricing strategies, and major customer negotiations , Monitor marketing team targets, customer visits, and sales performance.
- Monitor daily production, delivery schedules, and plant performance , Review powder coating line performance and operational efficiency.
- . Control powder consumption, chemical costs, electricity, gas, and labour costs.
- Ensure workplace safety, environmental compliance, and process discipline.
- Ensure powder coating, pre-treatment, chromating, and painting operations meet customer specifications and applicable quality standards.
- Establish annual business plans, revenue targets, profitability goals, and performance indicators
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in powder coating, aluminium chromating, industrial painting, and protective coatings.
- Sets company goals, finds new clients, and grows annual revenue.
- Manages the company budget, controls costs, and keeps the business profitable.
