Core Responsibilities

- Greeting and Seating: Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival, escorting them to tables, and presenting menus.

- Menu Guidance &
- Upselling:

Explaining menu items, sharing details on ingredients or food allergies, answering questions, and recommending daily specials or wine pairings.

- Taking Orders: Accurately recording food and beverage orders using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system, order pads, or memorization.

- Kitchen &

- Bar Communication:

Relaying orders and special dietary requests directly to the kitchen and bar staff.

- Serving Orders: Collecting finished food and drinks from the kitchen or bar and delivering them promptly and safely to the correct tables.

- Guest Check-Ins: Monitoring tables throughout the meal to explicit empty plates, refill drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction.

- Billing and Payments: Presenting the final check,



explaining charges courteously, and processing cash, credit card, or digital payments.

- Table Maintenance &

- Bussing:

Setting up tables with clean cutlery, glassware, and linens, clearing dirty dishes, and sanitizing surfaces between guests.

- Opening and Closing Duties: Stocking service stations, refilling condiments, polishing silverware, and completing shift handovers.

- Compliance &

- Problem Solving:

Checking legal drinking ages (where applicable), following health and safety sanitation rules, and handling customer complaints calmly or escalating them to a manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
