- Monthly Salary: RM 1,700
- Work Shift: 12-hour shifts (Rotational day or night shifts depending on outlet requirements)
- Rest Days: 1 day off per month
- Contract Length: 3 Years (Fixed-Term Contract)
Candidate Requirements:
- Polite, well-groomed, and possesses a welcoming customer service attitude.
- Strong physical stamina to remain on your feet and move efficiently during a 12-hour shift.
- Basic communication skills to understand orders and interact with international guests.
- Freshers or individuals with prior experience in hotels, cafes, or restaurants are welcome to apply.
- Must hold a valid Indian passport with a minimum of 3 years validity remaining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Greet customers warmly, present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve meals promptly.
- Table Management: Set up tables with clean linen, silverware, and glassware, and transparent tables efficiently after guests leave.
- Order Accuracy: Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure special dietary requirements or specific order preferences are met.
- Billing Assistance: Present accurate bills to customers and coordinate payments with the cashier desk.
- Dining Hygiene: Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and guest service areas.
