We are looking for a skilled Voice & Accent Trainer with experience in International BPO training and US client processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in American English pronunciation, accent neutralization, fluency, intonation, and overall communication enhancement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer.
- International BPO training experience is mandatory.
- Experience handling US client processes.
- Robust knowledge of American pronunciation, accent neutralization, fluency, and speech clarity.
- Prior BPO/KPO experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and training skills.
Compensation & Other Details
- CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
