About the Role

We are looking for a talented and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to create intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong UX fundamentals, strong visual and creative design skills, a passion for solving user problems, and the ability to translate business requirements into seamless user journeys.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UI Designers, and stakeholders to design experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis

- Participate in user research activities including interviews, surveys, feedback sessions, and usability studies.

- Conduct competitor analysis and identify industry best practices.

- Analyze user behavior, pain points, and business requirements to define design opportunities.

- Assist in creating personas, journey maps, and user scenarios.

UX Design & Interaction Design
- Create user flows, task flows, information architecture, and wireframes.

- Design intuitive experiences that simplify complex workflows and improve usability.

- Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications.

- Translate business and product requirements into user-centered design solutions.

- Ensure consistency across screens and user journeys.

Visual Design & Creative Design
- Create visually engaging UI designs, including layouts, typography, color palettes, iconography,



and illustrations.

- Develop creative design assets such as banners, social media creatives, presentations, and marketing collaterals.

- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and creative outputs.

- Translate design concepts into polished, pixel-perfect visuals for web and mobile.

Video & Motion
- Create and edit videos such as product walkthroughs, promotional videos, explainer videos, and short-form content.

- Design motion graphics and micro-interactions to enhance user experience and storytelling.

Usability & Optimization
- Conduct usability testing and heuristic evaluations.

- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and iterate designs accordingly.

- Identify usability issues and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.

- Validate design solutions through testing and data-driven insights.

Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and Business Stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

- Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and product discussions.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

- Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders.

Design Systems & Accessibility
- Follow established design systems, UI standards, and UX guidelines.

- Contribute to design libraries and reusable components.

- Ensure responsive behavior across devices and screen sizes.

- Design solutions that adhere to accessibility and usability standards.

Education
- B.Sc Design or M.Sc Design.

- Location - Bangalore
- Notice Period -Immediate

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
