Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor to join our growing content team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing engaging video content—ranging from quick educational Reels/Shorts to in-depth long-form YouTube videos and doctor interviews.

If you have a sharp eye for natural skin tones, clean lighting, precise audio, and strong narrative pacing using desktop editing software, we would love to see your portfolio!

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and film interviews, educational explainers, treatment stories, and social media content.
- Manage camera, lighting, and audio gear independently (as well as shooting high-quality mobile footage when needed).
- Edit short-form vertical videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) with transparent pacing, engaging text, and proper framing.
- Edit long-form horizontal content (YouTube, interviews) with professional sound treatment and supporting graphics.
- Ensure accurate, natural color correction (especially for skin tones) and professional audio mixing.
- Handle sensitive environments (such as clinics) respectfully and discreetly, maintaining before-and-after visual consistency.
- Work closely with the creative team on briefs, shoot plans, feedback, and delivery timelines.

Requirements & Skills:





- 2 years of practical videography and desktop video-editing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, plus familiarity with After Effects for motion graphics/text animations.
- Strong desktop editing workflow skills (mobile apps alone are not sufficient).
- Excellent command over lighting techniques (especially for accurate skin tones) and clean audio recording.
- Prior experience in skincare, aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, or healthcare content is preferred.
- Must be based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate.

- Prior experience creating content within skincare, aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, or healthcare domains.
