Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru for a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Artist. The role involves planning and executing video production workflows, including organizing footage, selecting the best takes, and assembling sequences according to project briefs. Day-to-day tasks include video editing, color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements that support brand narratives and campaign objectives.

The team member will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to translate brand concepts into engaging video content for digital platforms, presentations, and marketing campaigns. The role also includes maintaining organized project files, adhering to timelines, following brand guidelines,



and continually refining output based on feedback.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for branded content and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design and animate visual elements that support brand communication.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent software).
- Candidates should possess strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate in a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
- A relevant degree, diploma, or certification in film, design, animation, visual communication, or a related field is beneficial.
- Experience working with branding or creative agencies and familiarity with social media and digital marketing formats is an advantage.
