Key Responsibilities

- Design posters, social media posts, banners, ad creatives, thumbnails and event graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
- Shoot (where needed), edit and produce short-form videos, reels, shorts, promo videos, game teasers, trailers and ad videos.
- Create app store assets: icons, screenshots, feature graphics and preview videos.
- Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, captions, sound design and effects to elevate videos.
- Adapt creatives into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, banners).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to turn briefs into concepts, and iterate quickly on feedback.
- Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing of paid campaigns.
- Maintain and evolve the visual identity of Tag and other company projects, and keep files and assets organised.
- Stay on top of design, video and gaming-content trends, and suggest new formats and ideas.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality across several projects at once.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Solid portfolio showcasing posters, social creatives and edited videos.
- Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma / Canva.
- Proficiency in video tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve,



Final Cut Pro or CapCut (strong skills in at least one editing tool and one motion tool).
- Good understanding of typography, colour, layout, composition, pacing and storytelling.
- Knowledge of social media formats and what works on Instagram, YouTube and short-video platforms.
- Ability to take feedback, work independently and handle multiple deadlines.

Good to Have
- Experience creating gaming content, trailers or esports visuals.
- 2D or 3D animation skills (Blender, Cinema 4D, Spine or similar).
- Basic sound editing (Audition or similar) and voice-over syncing.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and video tools.
- Photography or videography skills.
- UI design awareness for app screens and store listings.
