Role & responsibilities

1. End-to-End Project Delivery

- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from design coordination and planning to installation, testing and commissioning.

- Convert project objectives into execution plans, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets.

- Drive cross-functional coordination, accountability and proactive issue resolution.

1. Technical & Operational Oversight

- Lead technical planning and execution reviews to ensure layouts, service drawings and site preparations meet project requirements.

- Review and approve key design and technical decisions in coordination with design and engineering teams.

- Monitor site progress, quality standards and adherence to project specifications.

1. Budgeting & Cost Control

- Develop and manage project budgets, cost plans and manpower requirements.

- Track project variations and proactively identify potential cost and timeline overruns.

- Coordinate with Procurement for vendor finalisation, payment terms and quality assurance.

1. Stakeholder Management

- Represent the Projects function in discussions with clients, consultants and PMC teams.





- Ensure systematic management of project documentation, approvals and commissioning reports.

1. Leadership & Governance

- Lead, mentor and develop project management and site execution teams.

- Establish accountability and structured review mechanisms across project sites.

- Maintain project MIS and prepare progress reports for management and clients.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15+ years of experience managing turnkey project execution (preferably in MEP-heavy or kitchen/laundry/industrial environments).

- Strong understanding of design coordination, site management, logistics, and installation.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills, with maturity to manage senior stakeholders.

- Cooperative mindset with high ownership and attention to detail

- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
