We are hiring 3 Vice Presidents – Business Growth & SBU Management for an established industrial engineering and manufacturing organisation with an annual turnover of approximately ₹150 crore.

Locations: Kolkata (2 positions) | Bangalore (1 position)

CTC: ₹20–25 LPA

Experience: 12–18 years

Industry preference: Industrial engineering, industrial equipment, bulk material handling, conveyor systems,



industrial manufacturing, or related sectors serving cement, steel, power, mining, chemicals and fertilisers.

The Role The selected professionals will take end-to-end ownership of an assigned Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and geographical territory, with responsibility for:

· Growing sales, acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.

· Managing business operations, teams and customer commitments.

· Leading techno-commercial discussions and developing business opportunities.

· Monitoring revenue, profitability, collections and operational performance.

· Working directly with the promoters to implement business plans and achieve measurable growth.
