Role Description This full-time, on-site Vehicle Mechanic role is based in Panvel, Nerul and focuses on the maintenance and repair of luxury and performance vehicles.

The Vehicle

Mechanic will perform routine servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension, braking, and electrical systems, ensuring vehicles meet safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities include identifying issues through test drives and diagnostic tools, completing repair and replacement work,



and documenting all services performed in a clear and accurate manner. The role also involves collaborating with service advisors and detailing teams, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following safety procedures, and supporting continuous improvement in workshop processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills for luxury and performance cars.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic issues.
- Candidates should possess experience working with Heavy Equipment and automotive tools, including lifts, diagnostic scanners, and specialized equipment.
- Candidates should possess effective Supervisory Skills when guiding junior technicians or coordinating tasks within the workshop.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in automobile engineering or motor vehicle mechanics is preferred.
- Previous experience in a premium or multi-brand workshop, especially with luxury or performance vehicles, is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Basic computer literacy for using service software and maintaining records, plus the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
