Position Overview

As a UX Designer, you will own the end-to-end design of product features — from understanding user problems to delivering polished, developer-ready interfaces. You'll work directly with PMs and engineers to shape how enterprise procurement teams experience workforce housing management, using AI tools to move fast without compromising quality.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end UX for product features — from problem discovery and user research to final handoff with developers
- Conduct user interviews and usability research; synthesize findings into actionable design decisions shared with the broader team
- Design intuitive, interaction-rich interfaces using Figma, leveraging AI tools (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable)



to accelerate prototyping
- Present design decisions to stakeholders with clear rationale grounded in user needs and data
- Collaborate closely with developers during implementation to ensure the shipped product matches design intent
- Manage multiple feature workstreams simultaneously, meeting sprint and release deadlines

Must Have Criteria

- 1–2 years of hands-on UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work
- Proficiency in Figma or Sketch for wireframing, prototyping, and design handoff
- Demonstrated ability to conduct user interviews and translate research into design solutions
- Strong grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and user journey mapping
- Experience presenting design decisions to stakeholders and incorporating feedback iteratively

Nice to Have

- Experience designing for B2B or enterprise SaaS products
- Hands-on use of AI-assisted design tools such as Figma Make or Lovable
