Position: US Payroll Manager
We are seeking an experienced US Payroll Manager with strong expertise in California payroll processing to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end US payroll operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, with a strong focus on California payroll laws.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in US Payroll.
- Extensive hands-on experience with California payroll processing and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Experience managing multi-state payroll operations.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and payroll reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Kochi during US night shift hours.
