Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our onsite teams in Vadodara or Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier Registered Nurses (RNs) and Allied Health Professionals across leading healthcare facilities in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of RNs and Allied Health professionals for the US market.
- Specialized Sourcing: Identify and attract RN specialties (ICU, ER, Med Surg, Telemetry, OR, L&D;, NICU, PCU, Cath Lab) and Allied Professionals (Rad Techs, CT/MRI Techs, Respiratory Therapists, PTs, OTs).
- Pipeline Building:



Utilize major US job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and social media platforms to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Compliance & Vetting: Review candidate credentials, state licenses, and certifications to ensure strict compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations.
- Offer & Negotiation: Handle complex salary negotiations, packages, and close placements efficiently to hit monthly delivery targets.
- Relationship Management: Build strong rapport and maintain long-term engagement with candidates to boost retention and referral rates.

Required Qualification :

- Deep understanding of the US healthcare staffing lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and candidate pipelines.
- Proven experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) and Allied Health professionals (e.g., Rad Techs, Therapists, Lab Techs).
- Knowledge of US nursing credentials, licenses (compact vs. single-state), and healthcare certifications (BLS, ACLS).
- Solid understanding of US employment types, specifically W2, 1099, and C2C engagements.
