We are looking for a proactive and experienced US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for internal needs. This role demands a solid understanding of the US staffing industry, technical roles, visa classifications, and recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- - Work closely with hiring managers to understand internal hiring needs and define job requirements.

- Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates’ technical qualifications, work status (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), and cultural fit.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)



and internal reports regularly.

- Develop pipelines for future hiring needs and proactively engage passive candidates.

- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and act as a point of contact throughout the recruitment process.

- Stay up-to-date with US hiring trends, immigration laws, and IT market demands.

Required Qualifications

- - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).

- Experience in US IT recruitment, specifically internal hiring.

- Strong knowledge of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), and compliance.

- Proficiency with ATS, job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), and sourcing strategies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace aligned with US time zones.
