About the Opportunity We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns interested in building a career in US Accounting. This internship offers hands-on exposure to US accounting practices, financial operations, and accounting processes while working with experienced professionals.
Candidates who successfully complete the internship with good performance and meet the company's expectations will be considered for a full-time Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a competitive salary based on market standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day US accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) operations.
- Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and accounting documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Support preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Work on accounting software and Excel-based financial data.
- Ensure accuracy in financial entries and documentation.
- Coordinate with team members to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates pursuing or having completed B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualifications.
- Freshers and final-year students are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Candidates who can commit to the complete 4-month internship.
