Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi and Marathi lessons aligned with the primary curriculum.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Implement innovative and differentiated teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress.
- Maintain academic records, student portfolios, and assessment data.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development.
- Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and academic goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and academic initiatives.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom practices.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
