Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to manage invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation. The role focuses on timely payment collection, accurate records, and coordination with internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Track accounts receivable ageing and follow up for collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Record receipts, bank entries, and customer payments in ERP/Tally.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing and collections.




- Prepare AR ageing and MIS reports for management.
- Handle customer queries related to invoices and payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP and MS Excel. Solid communication and follow-up skills.
