Role & responsibilities :

Financial Planning & Budgeting:

- Direct budget preparation and financial forecasting; analyze trends for detailed business reporting and facilitate alignment across departments on strategic paths.
- Strategic Enablement: Implement pricing strategies, standardize billing policies, and optimize costs. Evaluate external collaborations and strengthen internal controls through robust process documentation.
- Accounting Operations: Manage the end-to-end accounting function, including month-end/year-end closing, cash flow management, fund tracking, and ensuring statutory/internal compliance of books of accounts.
- MIS & Reporting: Lead the financial MIS department to provide timely, detailed quarterly and annual performance reporting.
- Audits & Compliance: Oversee internal controls and manage all statutory, internal, and tax audits (GST, Service Tax, TDS, Income Tax). Ensure adherence to organizational policies and maintain robust liaison with auditors.
- People Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of the team, including recruitment, KRA setting, performance management, and continuous mentoring.
- Service Partnership:



Act as a dedicated financial partner to the business, ensuring financial alignment to strengthen the companys overall performance.

Experience and qualifications:

- Education: CA or ICWA required. PGDBM/MBA with specialization in Finance is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in IND AS, statutory laws (GST/Income Tax), ERP systems (HIS/Sun System), process setup, and presentation skills.
- Leadership/Behavioural Competencies: Assertive, high integrity, problem-solver, motivator with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Languages: English and Hindi.
