Keep a clean, reusable component library and design system. Design for cancer patients and caregivers: calm, readable, low-effort, accessible. Deliver on time with no more than 2 revision rounds per design.
- Graphic design (25%) Create social media posts and carousels for Instagram, LinkedIn, X and WhatsApp. Design pitch decks, conference posters, brochures, hospital material and one-pagers. Turn clinical data and research stats into simple, accurate infographics. Keep every output on-brand: clinical, calm, evidence-led never "wellness" in look or tone.
- Motion graphics and video (25%) Make YouTube Shorts, Reels and explainer videos — always with on-screen captions. Animate how the product works: chest band HRV signal adaptive music. Edit talking-head videos of Dr. Chirag and conference or event footage. Meet turnaround times with a stakeholder quality score of 4/5 or higher.
- Podcast production (20%) Produce Dr. Chirag Jain's podcast, published every two weeks. Set up recording (in-studio and remote), then edit audio and video.



Make cover art, lower-thirds, closing cards and audiograms. Cut each episode into clips for LinkedIn, X and YouTube Shorts. Publish on time to podcast platforms and YouTube.

What you must have 3–5 years of hands-on work across at least three of: UI/UX, graphic design, motion, video or podcast editing.

A portfolio that shows real UI/UX work (not only social posts) and a motion/video showreel. Robust skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve).

Working skills in audio editing — Adobe Audition, Descript or similar. Good written English; able to follow a strict brand and claims guide. Comfort working alone as the only designer, managing your own priorities.

Good to have Experience in healthcare, medtech, pharma or health communication. Experience designing for older users or users under stress. Basic camera, lighting and audio setup for video and podcast shoots.

Use of AI design and video tools in a careful, brand-safe way. Basic HTML/CSS or Webflow/WordPress for website updates.
