# UEM / Workspace ONE Mobility Consultant

### About the Role We are looking for a technically strong UEM / Mobility Consultant with hands-on experience in enterprise endpoint management and mobile device platforms. The role will focus on designing, implementing, administering and troubleshooting modern Unified Endpoint Management environments using Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM and Microsoft Intune.

The consultant will work across endpoint management, identity and access, device security, application management, certificate services and enterprise integrations. This position requires someone who can independently handle complex technical issues, support large device environments and work closely with customers and technical stakeholders to deliver stable and secure mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure and maintain enterprise Workspace ONE UEM(920) / Intune environments.
- Manage device enrollment, profiles, policies, compliance settings and application deployment across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
- Support Android Enterprise, Apple Business Manager and automated device enrollment requirements.
- Configure and troubleshoot Workspace ONE Access, AirWatch Cloud Connector (ACC) and enterprise directory integrations.
- Integrate UEM platforms with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity and other identity providers.
- Support SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, PKI, SCEP and certificate-based authentication.
- Implement endpoint security, device compliance and remediation policies aligned with enterprise requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to device enrollment, applications, certificates,



authentication, policies and integrations.
- Support migration activities between legacy MDM/UEM platforms and Workspace ONE or Intune.
- Develop automation using PowerShell, REST APIs and JSON for device management, reporting and administrative activities.
- Perform environment health checks, technical analysis and performance optimization for large-scale UEM deployments.
- Work directly with customers and internal technical teams to understand requirements, resolve issues and provide appropriate technical solutions.

### Infrastructure & Integration Knowledge A positive understanding of enterprise infrastructure is expected. The consultant should be comfortable working with DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, networking components, load balancers, reverse proxies and SSL-related configurations. Experience integrating UEM platforms with enterprise directories, Exchange environments, Certificate Authorities and identity providers will be important for handling complex customer environments.

### Consulting & Client Interaction

This is a customer-facing technical role, so the consultant should be able to understand customer requirements, analyse technical problems and explain solutions in a clear and professional manner.

### Education A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in

Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred. ### Key Experience

- 3–10 years of overall relevant experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with
Workspace ONE UEM and/or Microsoft Intune**.
- Experience working with enterprise mobility, endpoint management or UEM environments.
- Exposure to customer-facing technical consulting or enterprise IT services is preferred.
- Experience managing and supporting large-scale device environments will be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.
