We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant / Tourism Executive to join our travel and tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, planning customized tour packages, preparing travel itineraries, coordinating bookings, and managing day-to-day tour operations.

The candidate should have good communication skills, destination knowledge, customer-handling abilities, and an interest in travel planning and tourism management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer travel requirements, budgets, and preferences.
- Design customized domestic tour packages, pilgrimage tours, and holiday itineraries.
- Prepare professional tour quotations with pricing, inclusions, and exclusions.
- Coordinate hotel reservations, cab bookings, drivers, and local travel arrangements.
- Manage tour operations from initial enquiry to trip completion.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain customer records, booking details, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other travel vendors.
- Provide customer support before, during, and after the tour.
- Ensure smooth travel arrangements and high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English.




- Basic knowledge of domestic tourism, travel destinations, and tour planning.
- Ability to prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel packages.
- Strong customer service, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, email, and WhatsApp.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bookings.
- Previous experience in travel agencies or tourism operations is an advantage.
- Freshers with an interest in travel and tourism are also welcome.

Preferred Candidates
- Graduates or diploma holders in Travel & Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Candidates with experience in travel consultancy, tour package sales, or tour operations.
- Candidates familiar with South Indian tourist destinations, pilgrimage circuits, hotels, and transportation services.
